Our products are handmade, meaning that no two are exactly alike. We think there is a special beauty in products made by people and not machines, but it does mean that there will be slight variances and inconsistencies in our products. Thank you for your understanding and support!

What is your return policy?

Returns must be sent within 14 days of order delivery. Items must be clean, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Items cannot have been laundered. Final Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. All returns valued over $1500 will incur a 15% restocking fee. Return shipping labels will be provided. Note: If a return isn't within the return policy, it will be shipped back to you at your expense. 


Can I exchange my return for another item?
You can exchange your item for store credit, however we unfortunately can’t do a direct exchange. We do provide a free shipping label when opting for store credit.


How can I return my order?
Email us at hello@shopsilsila.com with your order ID number (you'll find it in your confirmation email). We will initiate the process if the return meets our policy criteria.


What if this is a gift?
For gifts, please email us at hello@shopsilsila.com with the order ID number on your packing slip. 


When will I receive my refund?
Please allow a minimum of 10 to 14 business days for your return to process.

Due to the variances in computer and mobile screens, and the various settings for brightness and contrast that users may adjust their screens to, we cannot guarantee with any certainty that the color represented in a product image on your screen is exactly as it appears in real life. Due to the variations that exist in our products and process (because our quilts are handmade) the color samples displayed on this site may differ slightly from the actual color of the product. Due to the handmade nature of our products, there may be slight variations in craftsmanship.
